How is pricing determined for each system?
Each product is priced independently based on deployment scale, number of users, and the specific environment. We issue a formal quote after a short scoping call to understand your context. There are no hidden fees — the quote covers setup, configuration, and the subscription period.
Can systems be customised to our workflows?
Yes. All our platforms are scoped and configured to match the client's specific workflows before deployment. We don't deploy generic software and leave configuration to the client — our team handles setup and works with your staff to ensure the system fits how you actually operate.
What happens after deployment — is there ongoing support?
Yes. All deployments come with a formal service-level agreement (SLA) covering technical support, system maintenance, and periodic updates. Enterprise and institutional clients receive a dedicated support contact and priority response times.
Do your systems work without reliable internet?
Several of our platforms — particularly Thanzi and MediNexus — are built with offline-first architecture. They operate fully without an internet connection and sync data automatically when connectivity is restored. This is deliberate design, not a workaround — it reflects the on-the-ground reality we build for.
Are there discounts for NGOs and universities?
Yes. We offer special pricing for registered non-profit organisations, educational institutions, and donor-funded health programmes. Contact us with your organisation's details and we'll prepare an appropriate proposal.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (MWK and USD), mobile money (Airtel Money, TNM Mpamba), and invoice-based payment for institutional clients. We're flexible — if your organisation has a specific procurement process, we can work within it.
